There is something so peaceful about winter maternity sessions in Charlotte — especially when February surprises us with a warm, glowing afternoon.

Allie and Kyle’s maternity session at Jetton Park was one of those unexpectedly perfect days. Even though it was technically winter, we were lucky with soft temperatures, calm lake water, and the most romantic overcast skies. And honestly? February maternity sessions in the Charlotte area can go either way — but Allie and Kyle got lucky. The air was warm enough to be comfortable, the lake was still, and the park was quiet.

That peaceful winter calm allowed us to move slowly, focus on connection, and capture that sweet anticipation before their baby arrives.
